Can you work from a touring rider and stage plot?
Yes. Send your rider, plot and any brand preferences — we’ll confirm options, propose any substitutions early, and keep the spec consistent across the run.
Do you supply pedal timpani and full mallet setups?
We can supply complete orchestral sections including pedal timpani, marimba, vibraphone, xylophone, glockenspiel, cymbals, gongs and the supporting hardware.
Can you deliver to multiple venues on a tour?
Yes — we regularly support multi-venue touring. We’ll plan delivery windows, access notes, and collections to suit your route and schedule.
Do you provide spares and “save the show” items?
For longer runs, we can include sensible spares such as extra felts, beaters, small hardware, and other essentials — agreed during the advance.
Can you provide an on-site percussion tech or crew?
Yes. We can supply experienced crew for setup, changeovers and show support — especially useful for tight schedules or complex orchestral setups.
How far in advance should we book touring percussion?
For the best availability, book as early as you can — especially for mallet instruments and full timpani sets. If you’re close to show dates, call us and we’ll do our best to help.
